The Bulldogs lost their first conference dual meet to the Menominee Falls Indians. The Bulldogs struggled giving up bonus points at 8 of 14 weight classes. Earning victories and scoring team points for the Bulldogs were Joe Gerhartz (maj dec 9-1), Jake Schultz (dec 3-1), Dustin Diebitz and Jeff Leflore (forfeit), Julien Rivera (by fall), and Ed Jimenez (dec 3-1).

Join us this Saturday at the EH Steve Fieldhouse for the Dan Gaynor JV/Freshman Invite. Wrestling shall begin around 9:30 -10AM.

Game Recap

The Lady Bulldogs put out a strong effort against a very talented Milwaukee Riverside team. A balanced scoring output kept the game within reach heading into halftime with a score of 27-30. A second half 7-0 run by Riverside seperated the game, and the Lady Bulldogs fought hard to close the gap, but time ran out.

Senior Jala Allen hit four 3-pointers, and Cookie Powell added 14 points in the effort.

The Lady Bulldogs are back home on Friday, December 9th, in a matchup against Hamilton High School. Tip-off is at 7:30pm.

The boys team started off their season with a great performance at Cudahy. Top performances came from Joe Elliot 4th in the 200 free and 2nd in the 500 Free, Brandon Lundy 7th in the 100 free, Atilla Veysal 7th in the 200 I.M., Kyle Pavek 7th in the 500 free and the 200 Free Relay of Luke Radovich, Brandon Lundy, Jared Brazeau and Austin Muffler was 2nd.

The freshman boys basketball team got their first victory of the season over the Milwaukee Morse-Marshall Eagles. The Bulldogs came out ready to play and held a double digit halftime lead and continued their strong performance into the second half. Key contributors of today’s game were Shilo Bowles (12 pts), Geontay Davis (11pts), Kolby Kruk (9pts), and Joe St. Louis (8pts). The Bulldogs kick off conference play next Friday at Sussex Hamilton at 4:15pm.

The Bulldogs finished 7th place at the Howard/Manley Duals finishing with an overall record of 2-3. The Bulldogs had four undefeated wrestlers Devin Dietrich, Joe Gerhartz, Dustin Diebitz, and Jeff Leflore.

Game Recap

The Bulldogs received their first win of the season with a 62-40 victory of Milwaukee Marshall. It was an unselfish day as 10 players recorded a score, with three in double figures. Leading the charge was Deloach who recorded a 12pt/13rb double-double, followed by a 10pt/4ast/3rb performance by point guard Bowles. Drury also poured in 10 points and 3 assists. Other note worthy performances included 8pts/4rb/3ast by Varnell, and 8pts/8rb/2ast from Oquendo. Bulldogs are now 1-1.

WAC opens up Greater Metro Conference play next Friday, 12/9, at Sussex Hamilton.

The Bulldogs get their first win of the season with a 48-43 win over Milwaukee Marshall. Bulldogs held the Eagles to 14 points in the second half and defense withheld a late comeback run by the Eagles that cut the game to 3.
Jared Welsch led the way for WAC with a 12pts/5rb/3stls performance and Blakely added 9pts. Mlachnik led the team with 3 assists while also supplying 6 points. Jelks and Vanselow pulled down rebounds with 6 and 5 respectively.

Game Recap

The Lady Bulldogs played a hard fought game against cross town rivals, Nathan Hale. Nikita Conroy led all scorers with 31 points in a tough 39-66 loss.

The Lady Bulldogs were able to pull within 8 points of Huskies before ending the first half. But, the Huskies’ strong, offensive rebounding was too much.

The Lady Bulldogs hit the road to play against Milwaukee Riverside University on December 6th at 7pm.
